Summary 0000079: Add $context as a parameter of useStandardIntegers() and useStandardDoubles()
Description The GeSHiCCodeParser::parseToken() function could omit some lines if it were possible to pass context as a parameter in the prior setup calls to useStandardIntegers() and useStandardDoubles() as currently is possible for addKeywordGroup() and addObjectSplitter().

As commented in the recent commit of languages/c/class.geshiccodeparser.php, from a C highlighting perspective this is currently no longer required (that's not a statement on its general utility).

Yes, I saw the comment, but I think it's probably still worth having.

Fix in CVS. Use context_name index of the array that is passed in to specify.
